Just thought I should recommend a exercise class called Sculpt. It's one of the best classes I've done. You work with your own body weight and tone up your body . You don't necessary build big muscles, you just tighten up and toning your body, so for all of you that don't wanna build big muscles but have a tight body, this is something for you to try out!
Next exercise I'm gonna try is Poledancing - Oh my god I'm so excited!
Have anyone of you guys tried that?
